When complete this drawing will indicate and tabulate HOA areas of ownership and responsibility. Cataloged amenities will include: private street, sidewalks & associated furniture, privately maintained alley, resident parking, landscaped areas (including areas for emergency snow storage), site & security lighting, masonry garden walls facing association maintained areas, ironwork gates at shared walkways, and trees.
In addition to describing the scopes and limits of maintenance responsibilities, this drawing provides a base from which to plan future capital improvements. Current considerations include: provision of shared/private/privately-shared EV charging (not all residents can park adjacent to their residences); improved site lighting; traffic calming; and expansion of landscaped areas facilitated by solutions to the previous items.

This living document shows: utility & access easements within the HOA, along with a mix of verified and unverified underground services. Rough utility locations have been drawn from the 1959 Site Utility Plan; existing & as-built conditions are documented and updated when uncovered.
